While taking advantage of the latest thinking on building technology, we use well-tried materials that are appropriate to the locality and improve with age. We believe that it is vital that buildings are designed in a way to minimise repair, maintenance and running costs and to allow future growth and change. We closely monitor work on site to ensure that the highest construction standards are achieved.
We have worked closely with specialist consultants in the fields of structural and environmental design, conservation, acoustics, and disability access, and we have a successful track record in establishing and coordinating building consultant teams on a wide range of complex projects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
