Masterplanning and Feasibility Studies
Cullum and Nightingale have considerable experience of the development of long term plans and Estate Strategies. We collaborate closely with our clients to ensure that the greatest potential of land and property is realised in a programme that maximises strategic and economic feasibility. This work entails existing estate assessment, strategic design, phasing, cost-planning, funding strategies, integration with institutional goals, assessment of planning and infrastructure issues etc.

We have worked with the Central School of Speech and Drama for many years preparing a site strategy and masterplan including several new buildings and public spaces 
Cullum and Nightingale were invited to prepare a masterplan for the
Grade I listed house and ancillary buildings in the historic gardens
of this prestigious hotel.
The practice has prepared a site strategy and landscaping scheme for the school which is situated in several buildings on a large site in central London.
Following a limited competition, Cullum and Nightingale were appointed
as architects to this Preparatory School in Sussex. 
Cullum and Nightingale were commissioned by the NFTS to assess the
feasibility of relocating the School from Beaconsfield to the Ealing
Studios.
