New guesthouse on Bequia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines
The new building on the shores of the island of Bequia has just been completed.
Our approach can be briefly summarised as minimizing the negative impact
on the environment, whilst maximizing the long-term benefit to
the locality, the community and the economy in general.
Tourists
are increasingly discerning and concerned about possible detrimental
effects of
tourist activities
and there
is a rapidly burgeoning market for properly set up ecotourist
facilities. We
are well-placed to advise
on facilities to attract the higher value end of the national and
international tourist market.
We offer the following services:
- Strategic advice on location, siting and sizing of eco-resorts.
- Advice on principles to be adopted to minimise negative environmental impact and maximize benefit.
- Setting up appropriate design and construction teams.
- Design of layout and buildings, fittings and furniture.
- Advice on construction procurement, programme, etc. and supervision of work.
