Cullum and Nightingale has refurbished the eight floor of the Grade 2* Listed Smithson building in St. James's for the relocation of Bayard Partners financial brokers. This work has included office planning and the design of furniture (including desks, tables and carpets) and advice on selection and purchase of artworks. The practice continues to be involved in their development plans.
