Cullum and Nightingale worked with Bas & Garcia Arquitectos on the design of a new metropolitan and suburban railway serving Valparaiso and Vina del Mar in Chile. In particular, we were responsible for advising on the urban implications and development opportunities presented by the reconstruction of the railway.
