Corpus Christi College, Cambridge

Corpus Christi College Cambridge invited us to look at the feasibility of relocating the Parker Library collection of rare manuscripts to a new secure vault in vacated space below the existing listed Wilkins Room, where the collection is presently housed. The scheme includes a fire and burglar proof vault that will provide a carefully controlled environment for the storage of manuscripts. There will also be a new reading area for supervised reading of manuscripts and ancillary office and washroom facilities.
